Celeste’s Oscar Performance

The 2021 Oscars were a stunning time for musical performances, but one of the hottest performances came from The Trial of the Chicago 7 soundtrack.

British singer-songwriter Celeste performed Hear My Voice, a sweet soft song that had audiences in hushed awe. The song began with a darkened stage with all eyes on Celeste.

As Celeste sung the opening lyrics, the lights brightened revealing an on-stage pianist and several violinists who played musical accompaniment to the sweet song. It was a memorable moment for the evening as stunned viewers enjoyed every moment. But performing wasn’t all that Celeste had to look forward to, as “Hear My Voice” was also nominated for the Award for Best Original Song. Though “Hear My Voice” lost, fans can always remember Celeste’s knockout performance on stage.
